Can a loving God exist in a world of such suffering and pain? Can a loving God allow people who have never heard of Him to be tortured in Hell? Can you really follow a Christian institution that has caused so much oppression and pain throughout history?
How would you answer these questions from an atheist? Faith and Fellowship will do a study of Lee Strobel’s “The Case for Faith.”
This study will look at tough questions like these an many more. St. Philip is currently working on ways to educate it’s members on apologetics (defense of the faith). This study fits with that theme and will follow the current adult catechism class being taught now in F&F.
It will start on November 10th. Books will be provided by funds allocated from the apologetics task force. So just show up!
Faith & Fellowship meets Sundays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in Luther Hall (Education Building).
