Personnel Committee

The personnel committee serves as a support group for the non-clergy staff at St. Philip and assists the pastors and Church Council in the recruitment and hiring of staff members. It overseas the employee benefits, makes recommendations regarding salaries and staffing, and is responsible for developing budget proposals for the coming year.

The committee meets on an as-needed basis, usually three or four times a year. If you would like to volunteer or seek more information, contact Cathryn Hewett.
